The guide mentioned above has some good ones, so I'm only going to mention notable ones it didn't. it doesn't help that at some point you're gonna have to mix mods together and tweak them, and gets very annoying if you're dealing with VPK's. Gamebanana has the best resources to find for them, but there is a lot of content. Unfortunately, there is no definitive pack of models and textures that everyone agrees on to make this easy.
